[The words come with a great amount of care, the writing well taught and clear.]
Does this book really allow others to read this? That seems so remarkable. I suppose if it doesn't, there's still no harm in writing this.
I've read the guide here and think I understand. Which isn't to say I'm entirely happy with this situation, but I suppose there are worse things that could have happened than finding myself in a place like this.
[She could have been dragged back to Arendelle. Or hurt someone. Here, they're free of her, and she's safe from being bothered.]
My name is Elsa.
[...That much will do. She doesn't want to be known for who she was or what she is. A name is enough.]
I've been here for almost a day now, and, I admit, I'm getting a little hungry. Is there somewhere I can go for something to eat? All I see are mountains around me.
The journal mentioned a village, but I don't know where it is. I would be grateful for any assistance with directions. Thank you very much.

[Granted, if she was in the forest or somewhere around that way, the village was a far enough distance away.]
Where are you now?

[That and she's just not sure if it's a good thing to let somebody who just got here to have to do all of this alone.]
